Welcome to Casa Magick, a retreat space dedicated to providing a serene and rejuvenating experience, located in Gili Air. By booking or participating in any retreat, workshop, or event at Casa Magick, you (“you,” “guest,” or “participant”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Reservations

1.1 Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as specified at the time of booking.

1.2 Minimum Age: Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a booking unless accompanied by a legal guardian.

1.3 Group Bookings: For group bookings, the person making the booking is responsible for ensuring all group members comply with these Terms and Conditions.

1.4 Special Requests: Any special requests (e.g., dietary needs, accessibility requirements) must be communicated at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate but cannot guarantee fulfillment.

2. Payments

2.1 Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit (as specified at booking) is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat start date.

2.2 Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit/debit card , payment link or bank transfer.

2.3 Late Payments: Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.

2.4 Taxes and Fees: All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Additional fees (e.g., for optional activities) will be communicated at booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Guest Cancellations:  

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat start date will receive a refund of payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.  
• Cancellations made 30 – 60 days before the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund of payments made, minus the deposit.  
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat start date or for no-shows.
  3.2 Casa Magick Cancellations: If Casa Magick cancels a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule to a future date, at your discretion.
  3.3 Non-Transferable: Bookings are non-transferable to other individuals or retreat dates unless approved in writing by Casa Magick.
  3.4 Force Majeure: Casa Magick is not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics. In such cases, we will offer rescheduling options or partial refunds at our discretion.

4. Guest Responsibilities

4.1 Conduct: Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and the property. Disruptive or harmful behavior may result in removal from the retreat without a refund.

4.2 Health and Safety: Guests must inform Casa Magick of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations at the time of booking. Participation in activities is at your own risk.

4.3 Compliance with Rules: Guests must comply with all Casa Magick policies, including those related to smoking, alcohol, and noise levels, as communicated on-site.

4.4 Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Casa Magick is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

5. Retreat Activities and Services

5.1 Program Changes: Casa Magick reserves the right to modify retreat schedules, activities, or facilitators due to unforeseen circumstances. We will strive to maintain the overall quality and value of the experience.

5.2 Optional Activities: Some activities may incur additional costs and require advance booking. Details will be provided at the time of booking.

5.3 Third-Party Services: If third-party providers (e.g., transportation, external instructors) are involved, their terms and conditions may also apply.

6. Liability

6.1 Assumption of Risk: Participation in retreat activities, including but not limited to yoga, breathe work, or wellness workshops, is at your own risk. Casa Magick is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues arising from participation.

6.2 Property Damage: Guests are liable for any damage caused to Casa Magick property due to negligence or willful misconduct and may be charged for repairs or replacements.

6.3 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casa Magick is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income or emotional distress, arising from your stay or participation.

7. Privacy

7.1 Data Collection: We collect personal information (e.g., name, contact details, dietary preferences) to process bookings, provide services, and enhance your experience. This information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see Section 8 below).

7.2 Photography and Media: Casa Magick may take photos or videos during retreats for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform us at booking.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1 Information We Collect: We collect personal information you provide during booking, such as your name, email address, phone number, payment details, and health-related information (e.g., allergies or medical conditions). We may also collect non-personal data, such as website usage statistics, to improve our services.

• Communicate with you about your retreat.  
• Provide personalized services (e.g., accommodating dietary needs).  
• Comply with legal obligations.

• With service providers (e.g., payment processors, activity facilitators) who assist in delivering our services, under strict confidentiality agreements.  

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All retreat materials, including workshop content, are the intellectual property of Casa Maick or its facilitators. Guests may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without written permission.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia.

10.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through mediation or courts in Lombok Utara, Indonesia.

11. Amendments

11.1 Casa Magick reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will be available on our website, mysticmagicishere.com, and will apply to all bookings made after the update.
